About MesoMatt

Matthew, much known online as MesoMatt, is an American meteorology student currently studying in Western Kentucky and who is well know in the TikTok world. He is best known for his severe weather coverages and doing what he does best; saving everyday lives. Matthew also posts videos on many platforms educating and talking about what is to come with the US.

Matthew always knew at a very young age where his drive and his passion was; the phenomenon of weather. At 6 years old, his mother decided to turn on The Weather Channel and that’s where the passion grew. As Matthew got older he went and ventured out towards his own path; creating videos and live streams on his personal Facebook, letting his home state know what would be going on. Matthew had his current TikTok back in 2014, which was formerly known as Music.ly, but never began fully making content until 2022.

Matthew knew in his heart want he wanted to do with his life, so he took on that drive and would continue to make content and stream, while still working at his full time job. He managed both things at once, which was checking people in and saving lives all at the same time.

Fast forward to 2023, Matthew continued to pushing onward on what he does best, but decides to also make an amazing team as well, who are also intrigued on the weather. Currently, he helps manage a wonderful team who all works together as a collective to strive for something great.

Matthew was born and raised in Western North Carolina. He recently moved to Western Kentucky to further his career path and goals. All of his dreams had fired off into reality and now continues to expand more. Matthew since then has met and connected with many wonderful beings around the US, who he gives thanks to for not only being by his side, but also pushing him to strive. He also wants to thank his amazing team for working so diligently with him and getting the word out to others who get impacted by weather every single day.

In Matthew’s free time, he is a runner. He trains frequently for 5k’s, 10k’s and Marathon’s. Matthew wants to achieve making it into the Boston Qualifier and have the opportunity to run at the Boston Marathon.
